The beautiful Cascina del Rosone is situated on a hill top in the small village of Agliano Terme in Asti, Piedmont, Italy.
Welcome to our vinyard

When we came to Cascina del Rosone for the first time in 2017, we instantly fell in love with the the view of the vinyard in the shade of the big chestnut tree in the courtyard. Being enthusiasts for Italian food and wine for a long time, it was an easy decision to buy Cascina del Rosone.
The 2,6 hectars of vinyard is dedicated to grapes of the Barbera variety. From 2021, the vinyard is certified Nizza DOCG. It means the grapes are of high quality from selected areas in Piedmont. Nizza DOCG wine is known for being elegant, structured and suited for storage, and thus top level of its kind in this area.
